Hi mate running 12'' coil overs in the front and 5'' patrol rear springs you should not have a problem running patrol coils and shocks.

Coil spring rear is the way to go!!

Thats why you put patrol diffs in your d40 then you have the room of your Nav and the off road ability of a patrol!

I took to the pins with a girder and put a sharp point on the end to help start the pins in the hole made life a lot easier

Patrol diffs live axle conversion will solve al your problems mate.

I would have to say live axle front end!!

yea i was pretty happy when we pumped it up on the hoist and it still drives good on the road.

hard to say mate all depending on how far you go, the boys said they could do a basic set up patrol diffs leaf spring rear for about $16 000 > $18 000 but you would have to talk to Kari or James at Seldom Seen

Iam in the southern highlands feel free to call past and have look the boys at seldom seen have done an awesome job

After doing the front the rear should be easy we have a rough idea just not 100% on which way we will go it all had to come out to be braced anyhow

Hay nathan it goes in tomorrow and we start on coil spring rear 12'' travel shocks lockers and a couple more inchs where hoping to kept the standard tank see how we go ill put up some photos as it comes along should have it all done in a week or two.

dont trust the standard filter mine had a shit load of water in it the and the light never came on

just spent $8500 on new pump, rail, injectors and all the other shit that goes with it because of water in the fuel. $200 on a second filter could have saved that cheap insurance i think.
