    Such a rookie/stupid mistake really! Didn't pay much attention to the water injector spec now did I. Believe it on not I got to say it was running really well but its definitely injecting nearly ten times too much!

    Yeah no probs. Definitely good info. Upping to setting 5 wouldn't chance power figures dramatically but does improve torque a little but egts you can add 50 to 100degrees up in rev range. To make proper use of any higher settings I think a bigger turbo or one that flows more to get those egts in...

    Any one used Amsoil Powerfoam to clean the inlets?

    There is an intake cleaner for diesel. It's called threebond engine conditioner, same as subi spray but modified to suit diesel engines. I've used it with no issues. Bursons sell it.
