Zd30 intake manifold torque settings *help*

Hey guys im new to this site and having a little trouble im removing my intake manifold to clean out all the black crap and need to fit it back on and i can't find anywere what torque settings to use to fit it back on ive got the sequence but the manual dosnt give any torque settings plz help thanx

Thank u is that ft-lb and do i have to do it in stages ie half that first?

newton metres, doesn't need to be in stages.
