Hi there everyone, I'm new to the site, but was looking for a little advice in regards to my ZD30 not even starting. By reading others posts, I think it's due to a faulty spill switch? Thoughts anyone?

check error codes.
check fuel is getting there and filter primer pumps up hard.
loosen off connection to an injector in case its air locked.
unlikely thats its the spill as ecu would detect fault. more than likely its the ecu in the pump has died, which is rather common. they often come up with pump error but not always.

there is also a few weird things like faulty start motor, relay or wiring upsetting the crank sensor when you crank the engine. ecu won't fire the pump due to lack of signal from the crank sensor.
