Yd25 engine

Hi long story short..my 2012 nav has spun crank bearings..I have a 2005 full engine yd25.are the core engines the same I know for sure heads are totally different..so can I put the 2012 head on to the 2005 engine.

I'm not sure it'll fit. From 2010, Nissan introduced an 8 inlet port head, the older engines only had 4 ports.
