wont start please help - SOLVED

had dirty fuel filters changed them and then now my d22 wont start

OK, can you run us through what you did? What was the reason for changing filters (i.e. maintenance or were you having trouble)? Did you bleed the fuel system afterwards?

Is the starter cranking over?
Check Ur primer is nice and hard u may have had air in Ur line

+1 on checking the primer bulb. Squeeze, release, squeeze, release and keep doing it until it goes firm. Then try cranking it again.

Better still, crack the outlet line from the filter, open the fuel tank, stick a air gun from a compressor with a rag wrapped around it and pump air in until fuel comes out of the hose at the filter.

Either that or get someone to crank it over while you are pumping the primer.

Thanks guys wouldnt prime after replacing front 2 filters and i was not aware of a small filter between fuel tank and chassis as i could not see it due to being coverd in mud
