which clutch?

i'm after a heavy duty clutch for the d40. who's got what and how much was it?

gotta pull the box out to do the bearings so may aswell swap the clutch and fly wheel to heavy duty options.

Not in a D40 but you can't go past a Exedy Safary Tuff in any 4WD. I would also swap out the fly wheel for a single mass not the dual mass standard one.

The Exede hd seems the common choice. Cheapest I've found is $1475 for the clutch, solid fly wheel conversion kit and spigot bearing.

Try Slacks Creek Brake and Clutch at 14 Herbert St. Not sure what the D40 clutch would cost but mine was $1200 fitted for an Exedy HD, much cheaper than anywhere else
