Where to start with lift?

So I have saved myself my goal of 5 full clams for my lift. Hoping to get full lift + body and engineered with this. Anything left will go towards a front bar and winch.

I'm looking at a prg kit that's got lots of good reviews, 3 inches at the front, 2.5 at the rear.

My rear leafs are practically horizontal and I think the kit has a added leaf? I sent an email to the guy, haven't got a response tho.

What order should I get all this done at, I don't want to be driving around with it not legal so should I get the suspension installed then go get the body then engineered?


Any advice or feedback from your lifting would be much appreciated.

Edit: just emailed ultimate suspension get some to get some advice off them.
