what does your navara cab chassis weigh

I just transfered the QLD rego over to NSW,, I had to get a weigh bridge ticket .well it was 1520 kg , the previous one I has a D22 2000 TD diesel was only 1420 Kg and the tax was about $ 280 ,well because the new one was 1520 they charged me an extra $140 a year apparently the cut off was 1504 KG ,I was only 16kg over, If I had known I would of emptied the tank and removed the spare wheel ,So next year I will get it weighed with out a full tank and spare ,that should bring it down below 1500 KG I hope ?

I don't really understand why you had to get it weighed. Does it have a commercial registration, perhaps?

No I bought it from QLd and in NSW you need a Blue Slip to Re register it ,plus you need a weigh bridge ticket , Mine weighed 1520kg the cut off for the lower weight was 1504kg so I had to pay an extra $140 because I was 16 KG over .
