hey guys, just wondering if there was a way of installing a water to air intercooler connecting it to what i believe is the existing heat exchange? have looked into buying one and am not keen on forking out the $$$ for what looks like what is already there. and help would be great cheers

You want to connect it to its own heat exchanger. Anything connected to the radiator won't cool things down enough to make it work

couldnt be to sure but seems to be very similar as what is in this kit http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/221221501543?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2649 just not to sure what it is there for and what it is already serving

got a pic of this heat exchanger in your navara?

that kit is interesting but has a couple of big mistakes.
the heat exchanger is tiny and the fill point is in the wrong place.
also i can't see what pump is used and thats fairly critical.

cheers guys looks like i was way off and am now thinking it has something to do with the air-con although still not 100% on that. spewing cause looks like i will now be forking out the greens for a whole kit but think i will go through www.frozenboost.com instead

D22's only have 2 heat exchanges, the radiator for the engine and the radiator for the AC. The AC is the skinny one in front of the main radiator.
