From this ABC articles, it appears they are running a number of scams.

You may want to warn any mate that is considering using them. A very big warning for me was the reported hire condition that if people post negative reviews online, they threaten defamation charges.
The other factor is the way they approach people for further costs, e.g not returning their deposit.
I have no personal experience with this mob, but I wouldn't want to see anyone caught by their tactics.
