Waeco and exhaust on D22

I have installed timber draws in the back of by D22 Navara - my WAECO fridge fits neatly inside one. I have drilled holes in the draw sides for ventilation, but wondered if this was enough? Has anyone else done this?

AND - i if change my exhaust to 2 & 1/2 inch wil this increase horse power and economy?

how big are the holes? how many of them?

I think as long as you keep the holes close to the vent panels of the waeco, you should be ok. Also in the heat of summer, you may want to keep one of the side windows (or front window) of the canopy open to vent the tub area - to prevent heat build up.

Cant comment on the exhaust.

exhaust will give you more power as it breaths better,gets rid of the exhaust gas' quicker.
