VIN number

Hello guys i am trying to located the VIN number for my 2004 d22 frontier. Where is it located on the truck?

Vehicle Identification Number

On the compliance plate under the bonnet. I believe they are stamped on the chassis too but I'm not sure where on the navaras. The service manual should tell you

Inside the drivers or passenger side door jam if its not under the hood

Just to add to this, on my 2010 model it is also stamped into the outside of the chassis rail just under the driver's seat. I dunno if its the same for the earlier models though
