Tyre/rim upgrade

Hi guys I have a 2012 d40 ST and am looking to upgrade my tyres and rims. Have come across a set of fuel off road rims on Mickey T's MTZ 285/70/17.
Would I have trouble getting these under with only a tough dog 2" lift?
Rims are 8.5" wide with -5mm offset.

ive done a write up on fitting 33's with a 2" lift but with the offset you mentioned combined with the width of rim im unsure.

what have they come off?
just remember that the D40 stud pattern is unique to the D40, its not the amount of studs but the lay out of those studs which makes the D40 unique, not sure how good that idea is but thats the way it is.
