Turbo whistle

Gday guys,
I had my car at the mechanics for some time a while back, & the mechanic stated that my turbo was noisy & it was a concern. I never really took much notice about the noise only the timing chain issues, but since i got it back ive been thinking about it. It sounds the same as the D40 YD25 in this video below. Is it a normal turbo sound? Or is it a concern?

sounds normal to me, ive owned two of them and they both sound like that.

After i put a muffler delete pipe on and it made the woot (technical name) noise even louder.

The head is a reco when the timing chain was done, there has been some pipes & hoses left untightened, i checked the pipes from the turbo they seem good?
