turbo problem

So I bought a 09 navara D40 the oil light come on and it made a weird grinding noise then the turbo blew up I got it replaced and it was working fine, now (a day later) the light is back on and the sound is back. Anyone got any idea what it could be

oil pump?
no oil pressure

put a pressure gauge on and see what pressure you get.
could be blocked up oil pickup etc.
