Turbo Noise???

Hey all,

I have this really odd noise happening when my turbo kicks in on the ST-X D40, 2.5lt. The engine sounds normal until about 2100 RPM then there is almost like a crackleing noise as soon as the turbo starts to "whirrrr".

Any advice out there?
