Tub rails

Hi Guys,
I am wanting to put tie down rails like these. Where can I get some and is it safe enough to use screws. I could probably use different tie downs if I cant find these rails, but I unsure about the best way to mount them. The heaviest load will be my dirtbike.

sent you a PM with some info. I went to a wreckers to pick some up and I'd use dynabolts, not screws. Cheers
