Toyota Hilux timing

I know that this is the wrong forum for the Hilux. But I'm despite. My work vehicle timing went out by 180° yesterday on my way home. It's a 2005, VZN167R V6, Has anyone got any plorsable explanation?

hilux version we got here are not chain but belt driven, so you might be lucky and just need to replace the timing belt, otherwise kinda feel sorry for you.
