Thermo Fan controller

Hey all

Recently installed my new SPAL 8" thermo to my top mount intercooler and was wondering if the is a dial type speed controller for the fan. This fan darws 500cfm and is a tad on the loud side. Im not saying its overly loud it is just quick and is very noticeable and would like to have a dial in cab to slow it down a bit when the full suck is not required.

Anyone done this or know what i should ne looking at? Any info would be great

also the davies craig thermal switches work well (for radiators at least). just set it to the temp you want it to come on. you dont want that bad boy drawing all that current all the time.
or maybe a boost switch?

I have it running through a relay and into a toggle switch. Power draw isnt a big issue as it only takes about 6-7amp. I want to be able to cintrol it myself. Not a fan of it just doing what it wants

looks like there's shitloads of these ebay too, some rated for big amperage. Mostly from china though so postage will take ages and quality could be dodgy.
