Taping into light bar wiring loom

Hi Guys

Currently have an led bar on the back of my truck. Now im going to be running a pair of led work lights for the rear. Instead of running a new loom all the way down to the battery can i tap into the existing loom and wire them up with a separate switch?

not that far back that i know of best bet is to run it down the passenger side, into the cab and pick up off the cigarette lighter.
