Hi all. Been looking at site for a while and great info here.
Ok so I’ve swapped out my diesel pump in my 2009 D22 as the old one just died. I didn’t do any research just swapped it out. Now I have diesel knock in the engine? Omg. So I can see it should have been TDC and a locking point should have been used. My chains didn’t move as 2 of use were watching as I’ve made that mistake before.
Did I make a mistake just taking old pump out and putting the new one in same spot?
