Hay Guys I've had my Nav for 5 yrs now and I think the suspension is starting to get tired it's done 160,000 klms after all. I've had it since new so I own each every kilometer her from Bris to Cooktown to Alice to My Mountain ( South Oz ) it 's really been the most reliable truck I've ever had. But now I'm looking for a little advice on suspension there are so many options and products available it starting to do my head in. I'd like to for some more height for slightly larger tyres am now running 265/70/16 Perilli but was running 265/75/16 Cooper ST ( 100,000 k's worth it ) a little rubbing at the begining of their life but changed to a road tyre for the highway work.
Now I'm looking for a really good touring set up.
Any Idea's ?

Welcome to the forum!

I've not got a lot of experience with suspension, but I will say that you're lucky to have gotten the miles you have on stocks - many complain of failure after just 30,000km!

Mine are probably shot - she's fairly rough in the tail now - so I should be looking at shocks at least, if not heavier springs for the rear (we had heavy springs put in the front already as part of a recall).

I'm leaning towards Old Man Emy (OME), Bilsteins or Tough Dog. Not sure which is the best yet, I am happy to wait and see how opinions and experiences dictate that.

There is a thread around somewhere about these things, I might have to search for that one day!
