SUCTION CONTROL VALVE and MAF sensor

I'v read different opinions when the above mentioned should be replaced.. what's your thoughts?

replace when its faulty, otherwise leave it be.

they have different symptoms when they play up, so if you are experiencing some of the known issues its a good place and time to chuck a new one in.

According to a few web sites there is a updated one also...its either a pink one or a grey one...i dont know for sure but
Just thought id chuck that in as its worth looking into
