Roof racks

Hi all, just wondering if anyone has had problems with your roof racks. I have an 09 d22 dual cab and am thinking of getting some racks that are fitted to the door frame. I am concerned they might damage the paint or leak. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

The leaking is a possibility as well as dust. But beats holes in your roof.

just get some rhino racks.

Anyone use the rhino racks that run on the tracks?

You have to drill through the roof to fit the track but they have a bit better load rating and you can adjust the position. No dust/water through the doors either.

Yeah I will do , then Friday iam getting the rhino/ pioneer rack to go on to them
