Reverse light wiring plan

Hi Guys
Wanting to wire up my new flush mounted reverse lights using a toggle switch on dash and power from back of cigarette lighter can anybody help with wiring diagram please?

if it`s only being used for reversing why not just grab power from trailer plug?

If you go to the D22 wiring section and look for the wiring diagrams thread. There is one for what you are looking to do that will be a better option. Using the back of the cigarette lighter as a power feed will not supply enough power due to the small wiring unless you are using LED lights that draw very low current. Check out the diagram and see if it helps you out.

i just checked my trailer plug, NO REVERSE LIGHTS , my bad sorry.....

i just grabbed the pink wire and hooked my LED in to it, all good, nice improvement (((-:

With mine I have no relay. I've picked up the reverse lights and wired them up then added a external power for turning them on as work lights.
