Removing Bullbar

Hi all,

I'm going to take the Sahara bar off my D40 King cab and want to take it back to stock, it was put on by ARB so I have no idea how they did it, questions now.
1- If I buy a new standard bar will it have all the gubbins on it I need? (brackets to chassis etc)? Or do ARB chuck things away when they put their brackets on?
2- Any issues with airbag or do I just disconnect battery & get on with it?

I suppose i'll end up getting a bodyshop to do it, just don't want a call saying there is something missing and cant put it on.

not sure about the Thai trucks but on the ST-X you remove a main steel bar and some foam packing when you take off the stock bar to install the bar.
To return to stock you would need to have the main steel bar and the foam packing.Throw in a handfull of nuts bolts n plastic bits .

What colour is your car? I might know someone that will be able to help you out. His d40 is black.

try and get a 2nd hand bar from the wreckers Rich then you will get everything you need.They are not hard to do mate
