Reduction Gears

Hi Everyone
I know this would get posted every second day but can anyone recommend some reduction gears for my 2006 D22 3.0Lt. I am running 265/75R16 Muddies and I have theconstant issue of replacing slow low range crawling ability with speed to make it to the top. As most would appreciate this means new CV's and the possibility of doing much more damage. Either way some reduction gears would be sweet if anyone has a favourite and also CV joints as I am now up for a new pair. Cheers.

I was looking at getting this maybe mid next year, apparently it has a reduction of 93% which would be unreal, less strain on the clutch and more control...

Yeah cool, I think I will have to check it will suit my transfer case but it looks pretty good. Never know until you try it hey. Thanks for that.
