Rattle under dash on both sides

Hi
Help required i have a 2006 D22 3 ltr Tbo it now has an pain in the ass rattle under the dash (Both Sides).
Has any one had this issue or know's how to fix it.

I have removed most of the guards and cannot pinpoint the issue.

Hey mate I've got myself a 2003 Navara and I have a rattle behind the passenger side glove box and I believe it sounds like it is speed related or something like that, I dunno... It's bloody annoying. What does your rattle do? Is it speed related?

yeah at about 100ks it loud and on corigated road it sounds like the front is about to fall off.
