Problems editing profile/garage

Does anyone else have a problem editing their profile/garage? i cant seem to find any tabs to edit mine but then some times i have the tabs to do so????

In your post above, click 'Garage' below the "Join Date/Location/Mood" info, then click on your car's picture.

Once in the garage, on the right hand side of the screen you'll see "Garage Tools". Click on that and you can Edit or Delete your garage.

Thats the problem, I only get the "Garage Tools" menu show up every now and then, this time when i tried its not there.
