P0089 is a fuel problem and P102B is an exhaust problem. You'd think the chances of both sides failing at the same time were fairly remote!
A common cause of this is poor electrical connections. Start with the battery and start cleaning the connections - with most of the electrical connectors you can just unplug and replug them a couple of times but with the battery terminal you would need to use a small wire brush to make sure there was no oxidisation left.
Pay particular attention to the exhaust sensors and the fuel rail sensors and see if just giving it a quick clean does the trick before spending any money on it.
