Will a 2006 nudge bar fit on a 2012 and if so will i have to get a different mounting bracket kit from nissan or will it be a straight bolt on? Thanks

The D40 ones are different shape to suit the redesigned bumper. Might fit, but probably not well.

your best chance is if they are both made in the same country. thai built models use a different chassis to the spanish built ones!
