noisy zd30 helllpp!!!!

has anyone had noisy injector as i can hear it when i rev engine if it injector,it seems to be somewhere under top valve cover or under the turbo cross over pipe,very loud in mornigs when i drive till engine heats up,can the valves or tappets be adjusted on a zd30 as thats what engine it is,cheers

valves can be checked and re shimmed if required.

unfortunately noises are very difficult to diagnose over the net.
posting a video might help but really need to have a mechanic listen to it.

with recent cold weather i would check the glow plugs. quite possible you have a dead one and one cylinder isn't running right till get heats up.

depends on year, they did a change half way through.

book says may 2004 they changed to shim type. not sure how accurate that is.
