no-limits tuning chip - instructions?

does anyone have a copy of the instructions for setting the level on one of these chips? i have one that was bought a couple of years ago to suit a YD25 but can't find anywhere what the different jumpers do and the instructions it came with have been lost.



it's currently set on max which is no good.
