got a Nissan navara revs up to 3000 rpm then slowly down rev fine if u push down on the pre pump need some help please

Yes, knowing the model is important. What do you mean by the pre pump? There is only one pump in a standard Navara although you could be referring to the little rubber squeezy pump near the filter (we call it the primer).
