Hey new to the group, got an 05 3ltr. Pretty stock. Wound the torsion bars up a few weeks ago and i do close to 1500 ks a week for work and the roads are that **** that ive managed to snap an upper control arm. And i think ive ****** a shock. Anyone else had issues before upgrading the front uca's and ball joints?.

i doubt thats a shock problem. the top arm doesn't interact with the shock absorber at all. its merely there for location. check if the bolt/bush is sized or not. otherwise i suspect impact to the wheel would be the cause (hitting curbs or rubbing against banks or trees).

No not saying its a shock problem i ment now aswell as the uca the shock seems to be more bouncy like its stuffed. And every time i hit a bump it has the most annoying rattle in the front end. I think its the bonnet stay but havnt had the chance to take a look properly
