My own car's a 2009 (not a Titanium with the leather seats and espresso machine in the dash) with 212,000km on it now - the price is good (my opinion) given its low km.
First thing you should do is take a good listen to the timing chain housing. It's about the only major worry - but if it's an auto, separating the transmission cooler from the radiator is a good move.
