new to forum no limit chips

:hi just looking at this no limit tuning on ebay $150 has any had one fitted one , any problems with then and do they increase km per lt are they safe to fit to a new car my nissan navara d22 2009 onley has 20000km

It's cheap and it does do something...the guy that sells them told me this over email:
"we change not only the fuel quantity but it will also change p.e. and the injection time"
I don't even know what that means but like I said in the other thread...it's not too much money and it does do something...so if you're curious go ahead.

I was curious so I bought it but now I will go the regular route and get an exhaust and known brand chip for that power/economy gain.
