just purchased a newST with b/bar, canopy, tubliner and other bits. Want to put in Recaro seats. Has anyone got any info on these? Luv the forum.

G'day Romanny and welcome to the forum mate.I have just sold my recaros but I still have the seat bases for the D22 if this is what you have.If not there are plenty of 2nd hand ones on ebay and you will have to ring a recaro dealer for the right seat bases.
From memory the seat bases are $220.00 each and the sliders(rails) were $110 a side.

I got a set of Recaro Style XL's I'm selling as I can't fit them to the ST-x (F@^K IT)!!!!
If you are interested let me know (I can even get em up to Coffs in January if you can wait that long

As Scotty has asked - what's go there? I am "that" close to buying a set as I find the front seats rubbish.

airbags in the standard seats meas I cant re-use my old recaros. There are alternatives with airbags in them tho - I'm told Stratos do them - but at this stage I can't justify spending 8 or 9k on seats
Older ST-X's will not be affected as they don't have the airbags built into the seats.
