G'day all, I've just picked up my 2014 str from tamworth, they're basic but just feel good, I used to love hilux for the same reason, unfortunately they are no longer that kind of ute, but I'm stoked with the nav. I'm just waiting now for the tonneau and bullbar to turn up and I should be pretty set.
One thing I am interested in, has anyone found a solution for fitting a secondary fuel filter in the new str? I'm wondering if I actually need dual batteries. I think it's safer to keep the set up, but that means I can't fit a diesel care secondary filter... Anyone have and ideas? I am thinking maybe a battery box at the front of the tray, if I find a decent welder I was going to look at sinking it below the tub with a false floor I could just remove if I needed to access the battery. If there are any easier options someone could suggest, that'd be great
