Hi All, I'm new round here. I bought a STX 550 just before Xmas last year (2022) after my Discovery 2 got destroyed by a falling tree with me in it... I claimed a new pair of jocks on insurance aswell...

Thanks Tony, I'm that the Nav takes me on many adventures without falling trees..So far it's been a great dirt bike trailer towing vehicle.

How much damage did the disco sustain in order for a writeoff?

The B pillar got pushed into the rock slider on the driver's side, couldn't open the door. It would have been repairable but very expensive.







My jocks took the brunt of the force.
