Bare with me I am new to your site.
I have done a autocad drawing of a ZD30 exhaust flange to get abrasive water jet cut out and was wondering whether any body else is interested one. I haven't got them cutout as yet but it's easier and cheaper to get a few done rather than one. If you are interested then drop me a email.
Reason is that I am playing with current pipe size in exhaust manifolds. I have done an exhaust manifold that is 1 1/2 NB shedule40 and the datalogging I have tells me there is a little pulsing. Tends me to believe that pipe size is to large.
Current dyno results are attached. Not sure whether that is good or bad but development continues as long as uni and work permitting.

Ps. Looking for Navara intake manifold for flow bench development. If anyone has one, also please give me a email. Willing to share results and developemnt data.
