Navara D22 and D23

Hi everyone. I've recently purchased a rather lovely D22 in Blue over Silver. I'm a little confused as to the difference between the D22 and D23 and also the Outlaw. Is there a significant difference?

By referring to the outlaw, I assume you mean D40? D22 is essentially a facelifted D21.

The D23 I'm sure was discussed here in some thread a while back and it was something along the lines of an O/S face lifted D22.

Avenger also list a D23 in the states so it obviously exists even if just in the mind of those who can't afford a D40 but don't want to own a D22. In time people will start referring to the D40 Titanium as the D41 just to make it sound better and hopefully sell for a higher price. Add some bling, change the look a bit and someone will call it a new model. Holden had the same issue with Torana's many years ago.

D23 is simply what some people call the face lift version of the D22. the later common rail D22 got renamed NP300 in some countries.

outlaw is just a level of spec for that model. just a name tag.

D23 is the newer NP300, from about 2015 on. Pretty much the facelift of the D40, bigger than D22.
