navara 2005 fuel into oil

Hi all, first time here so here goes ! Has anyone had a problem with diesel going into the oil - I have had the injectors checked and fuel pipes changed but it has not solved the problem. Any idea's !

Connection on the fuel return line. If the washers have been distributed then u gotta change them. Check also where it goes out the side of the head. If all else fails the seal on your injection pump is shot
