Here is the new ute. Great place to start modding.

Question, this is a 4 speed column shift. I'd like to convert to 5 speed. Does anyone know if the column shift mechanism can be put on the 5 speed box? Or does anyone know where I could get a 5 speed box with the remote shift option? I have looked at the manuals and they look very similar, just can't find out if it has been done before.

no idea on those models.

however i would also ask if its worth it. IF thats is in good condition it will be worth more if left stock. a lot of the early utes, in good factory condition, are going for stupid money as they are vintage vehicles.
