mud tyres for 03 dx

hey, i have an 03 dx navara and am looking to upgrade my wheels and tyres.

have got some 15 x 7 sunraysias and would like to put some mickey t mtz's 31/10.5r15 on.

was told by tyre shop that they would be too big and would wear too fast so they recommended pirelli scorpion muds.

can anyone give me some advice?

good luck fitting 15: rims over the brakes, only negative offset rims may just clear but then your tires will stick out of guards

Sounds like weird advice. You don't see many Pirelli Scorpion MTs around.

Where is the tyre shop (just general region) - curiosity.
