hello everyone
I own a 06 d22
im currently in the process of buying a lift kit for it but have been told that I cant lift the font more than 35mm max!!!! because of the torque rods in the front is this true ??????

No not true - you can index the torsion bars. Search zordo on here - then contact him for a quote on a package.

Just depends on what kind of an angle you want your CV's to sit at though

You can get about 60mm of lift but the torsion bars will be maxed out and you will have no suspension drop, this means you will lift wheels allot and that can be quite dangerous and will stop you on the spot off road.
