mass dampeners

Hi. To keep it short While workinig on my 2007 Nssan Navara D40i On the Diesel Engine I found that the mass dampers in timing chain cover were missing. Has any one come a cross this. I don't know if someone esle has work on it & didn't put them back or they weren't installed in the first place? I would appreciate a reply Very some thankyou.

Thanks for the none reply. Since I posted this post I have found that the Mass Dampers are incorperated into timing cover . So all is a ok.
