I read something on this forum recently about Victorias new lemon Laws. Can anybody point me to the thread. I have done some searching and cant find it...

I don't think they exist as yet. The Labour Government was talking about them on a national level prior to the last election but for some unknown reason Julia no longer discusses the issue. Probably because the car manufacturers knocked on her door and said, there will be none of that.

Lemon laws are well overdue in this country. Other modern countries have them so i don't see why we don't. I think i may ring my local rep tomorrow and discuss the issue.

Oh I was just mentioning the pain and agrovation of pollies in another thread.
