After much searching I found a cure for no speakers working on my iphone 4s , now Ive tried cleaning the earphone port the docking port , and many more reported on google ,but today while searching Apple about fixes I found if the blue tooth is turned on it cancels the 
iphone speakers, that's all it was , this bug has driven a lot of people to changing phones yet it was a simple fix .
